Shiva has 15 years of extensive experience in Information Technology Industry. He is proficient in managing Mainframe, Client-Server Applications and Integration Projects for Banking, Financials, State Government, Health-Care, BPO, and Energy & Utility Industries. He exhibits high level of emotional intelligence and adept at developing, directing, inspiring teams to excel in dynamically changing environments, employs PMI best practices and embraces the code of ethics and professional conduct in all areas of project management. He has led the implementation of Claims tracking system for Motorola, Child Support Enforcement Network (CSENET), New Financials Welfare/Interstate System projects for Child Support Enforcement Division of Alaska, Smart-meter deployment projects for Salt River Project, collaborated on the design of customer web portals, database optimization, and other technologies with the objective of business process improvement for clients.Shiva holds an MBA with a focus in Technology, Finance & Marketing, a BS in Mechanical Engineering, and PMP certification.
In his free time, Shiva enjoys tennis, cricket, cooking, travel and spending time with family.
