Book Discussion Group Meetings
Want to read a best-selling Project Management book and discuss it with other like-minded Project Managers? Then it is time for you to join the PMI Phoenix Book Discussion Group program. The purpose of this group is to increase the depth of project management knowledge by reading, reviewing, and discussing books on the subject of project management and the related areas of leadership, communication, and group dynamics. Many of the books chosen for review by the group are on one or more bestseller lists.
The Book Discussion Group is open to all PHX-PMI chapter members. Participants may claim 1 PDU for each written review that is posted to our online discussion forum.
What our members are saying about the Book Discussion Group:
“A fun way to expand our project management horizon. I like learning in a community atmosphere of open discussion." - David Booth
"The group is a fun way to share books, experiences, explore and discuss important issues of project management." - Teresa Huang

The PMI Phoenix Book Discussion Group meets at the Barnes and Noble bookstore in Tempe (2000 E Rio Salado Parkway East) or just prior to the Phoenix PDMs at the Doubletree Guest Suites in Phoenix.
